Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing goods from our website. By using the Earth Greetings website, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

How to shop at Earth Greetings
Welcome to our online store! You can browse through our products menu on the left-hand side, or choose by brand in the top menu. Click the image of the item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity to purchase and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Once you have finished your product selections, click ‘Checkout’.

Enter your delivery postcode so that postal charges can be calculated. A total cost including shipping charges will then appear. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight and dimensions of your order using an Australia Post shipping calculator.

Click on ‘Proceed to payment’ and you will be directed to the PayPal website where your payment will be securely processed by PayPal. You may login to PayPal if you already have an account, or choose to pay using your credit card or bank account.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email by Paypal detailing your order. Should you not receive this email, it means that your order may not have been confirmed. Please contact us to check. A tax invoice receipt will accompany your purchases. All prices include GST.

International orders: Orders shipped outside Australia are sent by Australia Post Airmail. The time Airmail takes to reach you depends on where we are delivering to, but as a rough guide it's usually between 3 to 10 working days. Price for shipping Airmail will be calculated at checkout & added to your order.

Express service on request
We are happy to provide an Express Service of sending your parcel within one working day of when you submit the order and sending the parcel by Guaranteed Next Day delivery (given that you are in the Australia Post next day delivery network). Additional postal charges apply, we will advise you. Please request this service in the Comments Box during online checkout.

Wholesale Customers
Retailers can browse and order our products at wholesale prices via the shopping cart. Please email us to apply for a wholesale login. After clicking on any category in the product menu, a link to the wholesale login page will appear in the top right hand corner. Please note wholesale orders from NSW, ACT and WA will be passed on to our distributors in those states and there may be a marginal difference to pricing calculation and freight charges.

Delivery times
Orders are posted out either on the day we receive them, or the next working day. For orders within Australia, in most cases you should receive your order within 2 or 3 working days from Adelaide - except where an ordered item is out of stock your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at once (we will advise you of any delay, or during the busy Christmas season.

Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at info@earthgreetings.com.au or phone (08) 8351 4253 so that we can avoid any disappointment. While we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our best to assist you.

Christmas Delays
Please be aware that the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas are a very busy time for Australia Post and they do take longer to deliver your order during this time. Please allow at least 5 working days for delivery of your order during this time.

Delivery service terms & conditions
Please read carefully these standard terms for reliable mail-order services.

Your order will be sent by Australia Post or for very large cartons by TNT courier. If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange redelivery).
If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
Instructions to leave - you can also leave special instructions (in the Comments Box during Checkout) for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.

Please note:

It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on info@earthgreetings.com.au. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Returns Policy
Earth Greetings seeks to satisfy customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied is of the utmost importance to our business.
If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship, receiving an incorrect order quantity, we will happily organise replacement goods or refund for you.
The products must be returned:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return

Purchases from another Store
If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from Earth Greetings you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.

Refunds
Earth Greetings can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas.
We will:
Credit your account or provide replacement Earth Greetings stock to the value of the original purchase
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return.

If you have received:
a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee.
Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.

Privacy Policy
Protecting your privacy is critical to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. The information we collect is used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will never sell or pass on your information without your express permission. We may contact you with related special offers and promotions however we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future via an unsubscribe function.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details for the purpose of the transaction. NO credit card details are retained.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct our records.
We may use technology to ensure we provide the best functionality for visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
