Earth Greetings seeks to satisfy our customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely happy is of the utmost importance to our business. If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you for the goods if you prefer. If the products were not what you were expecting or you simply change your mind, you may return them to us for a refund, but must cover the cost of shipping them back to us. In this case a refund will be given to you upon us receiving the products back in the same condition which they were sent. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Purchases From Another Store
If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from Earth Greetings you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.
