COVID-19 Update to Shipping Information

Earth Greetings are here to keep you connected, with cards and gifts you can send straight to the door of your loved one.

We are following the World Heatlh Organisation guidelines for sanitisation and social distancing, to protect our staff and customers during the Coronavirus outbreak. We have split our warehouse into rotating shifts to protect staff, and all orders will be dispatched either on the day we receive them, or the next working day. 

Our couriers and Australia Post have advised us that they will not be asking customers to sign for parcels, or hand parcels over directly. They will be leaving parcels on your front doorstep where possible. You can also make use of an Australia Post parcel locker to receive your parcels if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Although we have not been informed of any delays to domestic services, due to the extra demand, it is possible that it may take longer than usual for your order to be delivered. So please allow a little extra time to receive your order, or select Express Post at checkout.

Australia Post are continuing their services, and have provided some information about how they are managing the safety of their staff and customers during this time. Please see their website here to know what to expect should you receive an Australia Post parcel.

Possible delayed delivery times for international orders

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries. Please refer to the country specific updates for further information around expected delivery delays.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping for retail orders over $50 within Australia 

Standard Shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders over $50

Card Only Shipping is only $2 within Australia and FREE for orders over $50

$2 Card Only Shipping doesn't apply to boxed cards. There is no tracking available on flat rate card postage. If you require tracking, please select eParcel or Standard Shipping.

Flat Rate International Shipping for retail orders up to 1.5KG

International shipping on parcels up to 1.5KG in cubic weight is a flat rate of $20 to anywhere in the world. For all weights above 1.5KG, postage is calculated at checkout. Please allow approximately 7-14 working days for standard delivery to locations outside Australia. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged after your parcel leaves Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched either on the day we receive it, or the next working day. 

How long will my order take?

Within Australia, orders dispatched using Standard Shipping or Australia Post can take between 3-7 days to arrive, depending upon your location. If you choose the Express Post option, parcels should arrive on the next business day if you are located within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network. Please check whether your location is covered by next day delivery, as well as up to date delivery timetables on the Australia Post website.

Parcel Tracking

For most parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number. We are unable to track envelopes (for example if you have only ordered a few greeting cards.) If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will do our best to assist you. 

Authority To Leave

This will be selected by default for all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home.  Please let us know if you do not wish the parcel to be left when you are not home. The courier may drop your parcel to a pick up point nearby. In this case you should receive an email advising you. 

Christmas Rush

Please be aware that the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas are a very busy time for couriers and they do take longer to deliver your order during the Christmas rush. Please allow at least 7 working days for delivery of your order during this time.
