COVID Shipping Delays

The global pandemic has placed extra pressure on the courier system, so we recommend allowing as much time as possible for delivery, to avoid disappointment. You'll receive a notification from us once your order has been dispatched. Please let us know if you have any questions about your order, and thanks for your patience!


Shipping Options

Standard Shipping is FREE within Australia for all retail orders over $60

Cards Only Postage is only $2 within Australia and FREE for orders over $60!

Please note: There is no tracking available on Cards Only Postage. If you require tracking, please select eParcel or Standard Shipping. Cards Only Postage doesn't apply to boxed cards.


Flat Rate International Shipping for retail orders up to 1.5KG

International shipping on parcels up to 1.5KG in cubic weight: Flat rate of $20 to anywhere in the world, including tracking.

For all weights above 1.5KG, postage is calculated at checkout, and includes tracking.

International Cards Only Postage up to 125 grams, you will have the option to select an $8 flat rate. Please note: Cards Only Postage does not include tracking. Please allow at least 1 month for your cards only order to arrive from Australia by untracked post.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged after your parcel leaves Australia.

Our Australian GST tax will be removed from these and all prices after you select your country of origin to calculate shipping, or register with us.


Delivery Delays due to COVID-19

Australia Post and all couriers are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking after placing your order. For the latest information about delays and impacts affecting Australia Post, please visit

Express Post is still the fastest shipping option, however Australia Post have suspended their 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' so it may not arrive the next day even if you are located within the Express Post Network.


Delayed delivery times for International Orders

Australia Post is experiencing significant international delivery delays and restrictions due to COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries. Please refer to the country specific updates on the Australia Post website, for further information around international delivery delays.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are practicing sanitisation and social distancing, to protect our staff and customers so that your order arrives safely. This means your order may take longer than usual to be dispatched. Your order dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving it.

Contactless Delivery

Delivery drivers will not be asking you to sign for parcels, or hand parcels over to you directly. They will be leaving parcels on your front doorstep where possible. You can also make use of an Australia Post parcel locker to receive your parcels if you feel more comfortable doing so. Just be sure to select Australia Post eParcel at checkout and enter your parcel locker number.


When will my order be dispatched?

Our usual timeframe is that your order will be dispatched either on the day we receive it, or the next working day. 


Parcel Tracking

For most parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number. We are unable to track envelopes (for example if you have only ordered a few greeting cards.) If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will do our best to assist you. 


Authority To Leave

This will be selected by default for all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home.  Please let us know if you do not wish the parcel to be left when you are not home. The courier may drop your parcel to a pick up point nearby. In this case you should receive an email advising you.
