Shipping Information
When will my order be dispatched?
Our usual timeframe is that your order will be dispatched either on the day we receive it, or the next working day. If you have selected a courier service with tracking, you will receive these notifications from the courier via email or text.
Our couriers sometimes experience delivery delays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery timeframe is unfortunately, beyond our control. However please let us know if you need any help with tracking your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes you can!
If you would like to pick up your order in person from our SA warehouse, please use the discount code FREEPICKUP and write a note in the comments section. You won't be charged shipping and you will get an email notification once your order is ready to pick up. If you order before 12pm we will have it ready for you on the same day! Orders must be collected within 2 weeks of placement. Please pick up your order from 4/22 Bennet Ave Melrose Park SA, between Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
All of our shipping is carbon neutral, and every order grows a tree!
We are a carbon neutral business. The greenhouse gas emissions from shipping your order is offset. Additionally, every order grows a tree, through our donation to Trees For Life.
Shipping Options
Express Post eParcel is the fastest shipping option, and comes with tracking. Please check to see wether your postcode falls within the Express Post network to be eligible. Australia Post have suspended their 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' so it may not arrive the next day even if you are located within the Express Post Network. For the latest information about delivery times and covid delays affecting Australia Post, please visit their website.
Australia Post eParcel will deliver to your door, parcel locker or a PO box, and comes with tracking. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery times from our postcode 5062 to your address. For the latest information about delivery times and covid delays affecting Australia Post, please visit their website.
Standard Shipping with Sendle is the lowest cost delivery option, with the slowest delivery times. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Australia-wide delivery if you select Sendle. You'll receive a tracking advice from Sendle after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping with Sendle or Australia Post eParcel - FREE within Australia for all retail orders over $70. (Not working for you? Make sure to pop in both your postcode and suburb to generate the discount).
Orders under $70: Shipping options and prices will be calculated at checkout.
Express Post eParcel: Express Post price will be calculated at checkout for all orders.
Cards Only Postage: Standard $3.60 within Australia (no tracking). Express $8.60 within Australia (includes tracking). Cards Only Postage doesn't apply to boxed cards.
Shipping Outside Australia
International parcel postage price is calculated at checkout, and includes tracking.
Taxes: You may need to pay customs fees, taxes or duties charged after your parcel leaves Australia.
International Cards Only Postage up to 125 grams, you will have the option to select an $12 cards only flat rate. Please note: Cards Only Postage does not include tracking. Please allow at least 1 month for your cards only order to arrive from Australia by untracked post.

UK Shipping: Unfortunately we're unable to offer shipping to the UK at this time, due to the complexities of the VAT tax system. We are working on updating this in future.
Parcel Tracking
For parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number. We are unable to track letter sized envelopes or any order where you have selected Cards Only Shipping. If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
Authority To Leave
This will be selected by default for all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home. Please let us know if you do not wish the parcel to be left when you are not home. The courier may drop your parcel to a pick up point nearby. In this case you should receive an email advising you.
Your safety is important to us
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are practicing sanitisation and social distancing, to protect our staff and customers so that your order arrives safely.
Delivery drivers will not be asking you to sign for parcels, or hand parcels over to you directly. They will be leaving parcels on your front doorstep where possible. You can also make use of an Australia Post parcel locker to receive your parcels if you feel more comfortable doing so. Just be sure to select Australia Post eParcel at checkout and enter your parcel locker number.
