Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing goods from our website.  By using the Earth Greetings website, you signify your agreement to these terms of use.  We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

Are all of the products on your website in stock?

We only list products that we have in stock. However it's possible that an item you order has just sold out and we have not had time to remove it from our site. If this should happen, we will let you know and offer you a full refund.  If you prefer, you may choose another item of the same value.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take major credit cards via our secure credit card processing system, or PayPal to pay for your order.  Even if you don't have a PayPal account, if you choose PayPal you may follow the steps in the payment process to safely and securely use your credit card to pay for your order.

What shipping options do you offer?

PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 is impacting our usual delivery times. For up to date shipping information including the impact of COVID-19, please head to our Shipping Info page.

Standard Shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders over $60

Card Only Shipping is only $2 within Australia and FREE for orders over $60

$2 card shipping doesn't apply to boxed cards.

International shipping is offered at a flat rate of $20 for orders up to 1.5KG. Above this weight, shipping is charged on the cubic weight of your parcel. For all other orders and for Express Post, postage is calculated at checkout. Flat rate shipping applies to retail orders only.

Express Post 

Express Post is only guaranteed next day delivery to certain locations throughout Australia.  Before choosing the Express Post option, please check wether your location is covered by the Next Day Delivery Network on the Australia Post website.

Parcel Tracking

For some parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number.  For others we may able to track your parcel upon request.  If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will check the status of your parcel.  Please note we are only able to track parcels sent via courier, so may not be able to track your order if it is in a letter sized envelope (for example if you have only ordered greeting cards.)

Authority To Leave

This will be selected by default for all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home.  Please let us know if you do not wish the parcel to be left when you are not home. Occasionally our courier may drop your parcel to a pick up point nearby. In this case you should receive a card or email advising you. 

How long will my order take?

Orders will be dispatched either on the day we receive them, or the next working day.

Orders dispatched using Standard Shipping can take between 2-6 days to arrive, depending upon your location. If you choose the Express Post option, parcels should arrive on the next business day if you are located within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network. Please check wether your location is covered by next day delivery, as well as up to date delivery timetables on the Australia Post website.

Please be aware that the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas are a very busy time for couriers and they do take longer to deliver your order during the Christmas rush. Please refer to the recommended cut-off dates for pre-Christmas delivery on our Shipping Info page to avoid disappointment.

I don't live in Australia, do you post internationally?

Yes! International shipping is offered at a flat rate of $20 for orders up to 1.5KG. Above this weight, shipping is charged on the cubic weight of your parcel. Depending on your destination, please allow up to 4 weeks to for your order to arrive. We use an international courier service or Australia Post Standard and will choose the best shipping option based on your location and the size of your parcel. Occasionally we are unable to ship certain items internationally due to their size or other shipping restrictions. We will contact you if this is the case and offer you a full refund.

Any shipping disclaimers?

Yes! Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit. Please note international customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties charged.

Returns Policy for Personal Shoppers

Earth Greetings seeks to satisfy our customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely happy is of the utmost importance to our business.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you for the goods if you prefer. 

If the products were not what you were expecting or you simply change your mind, you may return them to us for a refund, but must cover the cost of shipping them back to us. In this case a refund will be given to you upon us receiving the products back in the same condition which they were sent. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returning purchases from another store

If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from Earth Greetings you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.
