Clean + Conscious Awards 2025 Winner - Celebrations + Stationery

We’re delighted to share that our Stationery Set - Bushwalk has been awarded Bronze in the Home / Celebrations + Stationery category for the Clean + Conscious Awards 2025! These Awards honour the very best clean, ethical and sustainable products, each one scientifically assessed for its ingredients and materials, and hands-on tested for quality, performance and integrity.

Producing Australian made stationery is not always easy - or possible. We are committed to sustainable design using minimal packaging, 100% recycled materials, plastic-free packaging, carbon offsetting and donating 10% of profit to wildlife and habitat organisations to honour our commitment to give back to nature.

Our Bushwalk Journal is made in Australia using 100% post-consumer waste, which is paper that has been previously used, and at recycled into new paper and is packaged free of plastic. It's spiral bound with metal wire free of plastic, and the hard-cover is designed to be durable so you can take your journal everywhere with you.

Our Bushwalk Premium Metal Pen is forever refillable, so that it does not need to enter the waste stream. We sell the refills on our website, which makes it easy to keep using your pen after it runs dry.

Unfortunately there is no manufacturer who makes pens in Australia, so we partnered with a quality supplier in China who has passed our Ethical Sourcing Policy. For the pen pack, we partnered with an Australian manufacturer to produce packaging which is plastic-free and made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper.

Both the journal and pen have been carbon offset with emissions traced right from the source, and including shipping the items to our South Australian location.

The Bushwalk Journal & Pen set is available to purchase here.

Earth Greetings Stationery Set - Clean + Conscious Awards Winner 2025

Here's what the Clean + Conscious Awards judges had to say about our Bushwalk Journal & Pen Stationery Set

Keira Rumble

The chunky spiral binding is sturdy and easy to use and the native botanical artwork by Jayne Branchflower is simply gorgeous, it’s like carrying a little piece of Australian nature with me every day. The refillable metal pen feels premium and smooth to write with and I love that it’s designed to last forever, reducing waste. The brands partnerships with local Australian suppliers and commitment to reducing carbon emissions reflects a thoughtful, holistic approach to sustainability. Beyond that, their dedication to giving back, like planting a tree for every order and supporting wildlife and habitat protection projects is incredibly inspiring.

Sara Gordon

The journal is beautiful inside and out- thick, quality paper that’s smooth to write on, combined with stunning native botanical artwork that elevates the whole experience. The pen is super cute as well. It’s rare to find a stationery set that’s both this functional and environmentally thoughtful, and this one truly nailed it. I really like having it easily accessible for notes/thoughts as a busy mum! Earth Greetings operates with a clear level of integrity, embedding sustainability into their business. From 100% post-consumer recycled paper and VOC-free ink to carbon neutrality and regenerative partnerships like Trees for Life, every detail speaks to conscious design. Their dedication to local sourcing where possible, transparency in supply chains and substantial charitable partnerships show that this isn’t performative- it’s purpose-driven. I especially admire how they create long-term impact through native habitat restoration, wildlife support and sustainable print practices.

Corrine Sultana

It’s a really pretty set. The journal has beautiful designs on the cover, it’s nice to write in and the pen matches perfectly. I like that the pen’s refillable, it makes the whole thing feel more thoughtful and less wasteful. It would make a lovely gift! The fact that it’s made with recycled paper and printed using VOC-free inks is great. It’s also made in Australia, which is a big tick for me. You can tell they’re trying to reduce their impact and I respect that.

We’re so proud to be recognised for our commitment to people and planet, alongside other incredible changemakers. Discover all the winners at Clean + Conscious Awards.
