Pre-Christmas Shipping Cut-off Dates for 2025

Please place your order before these dates for pre-Christmas delivery. If you require delivery before Christmas for your cards and gifts, please allow a few extra days prior to these final cut-off dates to avoid disappointment.

Our warehouse will be closed for 2 weeks after Friday 19th December 2025, to re-open on Monday 5th January 2026. All orders received between these dates will be dispatched on or after Monday 5th January.

Shipping Options Within Australia

Upon checking out, you'll have the following options:

FASTEST: Express Post is the fastest shipping option, and comes with tracking. Please check to see whether your postcode falls within the Express Post network to be eligible. Please note that eParcel Express Post is not guaranteed next day delivery. Please allow up to 2 business days. For the latest information about delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website.

RELIABLE: Australia Post eParcel will deliver to your door, parcel locker, apartment or a PO box, or regional areas and comes with tracking. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery times from our postcode 5062 to your address.

ECONOMY: Sendle is the lowest cost delivery option, with the slowest delivery times. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Australia-wide delivery (longer for regional areas) if you select Sendle. You'll receive a tracking advice from Sendle after your order has been dispatched. Delivery to an apartment? Please be aware that Sendle do not reliably deliver to apartments or buildings with restricted access, and you may need to go to a collection point to pick up your order.

CLICK & COLLECT: Free In-person pick up from our SA warehouse. We'll have your order ready to collect on the next working day, and you will get an email notification once your order is ready to pick up.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping with Sendle or Australia Post eParcel - FREE within Australia for all retail orders over $80. (Not working for you? Make sure to pop in both your postcode and suburb to generate the free shipping option).

Orders under $80: Shipping options and prices will be calculated at checkout.

Express Post eParcel: Express Post price will be calculated at checkout for all orders.

Cards Only Postage: Standard $5.00 within Australia (no tracking). Express $9.00 within Australia (includes tracking). Cards Only Postage doesn't apply to boxed cards.

 

Shipping Outside Australia

International parcel postage price is calculated at checkout, and includes tracking.

International Cards Only Postage up to 125 grams, you will have the option to select an $13.50 cards only flat rate. Please note: Cards Only Postage does not include tracking. Please allow at least 1 month for your cards only order to arrive from Australia by untracked post.

Customs Fees/Duties: In addition to freight charges, you may need to pay customs fees, government taxes, tarrifs or duties charged after your parcel leaves Australia.

US Shipping: US Shipping is back! Currently, we are processing tarrifs on our end and absorbing this into our pricing for US customers, so you will not be charged tarrifs on your shipping cost.

UK Shipping: Unfortunately we're unable to offer shipping to the UK at this time, as our website is unable to process VAT which is a requirement to ship to the UK. We hope to get this up and running as soon as it becomes available to us.

 

Is your shipping is carbon neutral?

Yes! Earth Greetings are a carbon neutral business, and we offset 100% of the greenhouse gas emissions from shipping your order with Biodiverse Reforestation Offsets purchased through Carbon Neutral. All of our products are carbon neutral too. Additionally, every order grows a tree, through our donation to Trees For Life.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Our usual timeframe is that your order will be dispatched either on the day we receive it, or the next working day.  If you have selected a courier service with tracking, you will receive these notifications from the courier via email or text.

Couriers and Australia Post sometimes experience delivery delays during peak season, especially in November and December. During these times, please allow a few extra days for your delivery to arrive. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery timeframe is unfortunately, beyond our control. However please let us know if you need any help with tracking your order, and we will do our best to assist you!

 

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes you can! Just select Click & Collect from the shipping options. We'll have your order ready to collect on the next working day, and you will get an email notification once your order is ready to pick up. Orders must be collected from our SA warehouse within 2 weeks of placement. Please pick up your order from 4/22 Bennet Ave Melrose Park SA, between Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

 

Parcel Tracking

For parcels, our courier will email you a tracking number. We are unable to track letter sized envelopes or any order where you have selected Cards Only Shipping. If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

Authority To Leave

This will be selected by default for all parcels so the courier can leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home.  Please let us know if you do not wish the parcel to be left when you are not home. The courier may drop your parcel to a pick up point nearby. In this case you should receive an email advising you.
